Privacy Policy

RussellCC and RCC Partnership Ltd (‘we’ or ‘us’) are keen to protect your personal privacy and ensure we comply with data protection laws in the United Kingdom. We want to ensure you get full value from the internet and other products/services we may be able to offer you.
The information we collect
We collect information about you when you send us an enquiry, ask us a question or contact us. When you provide us with your name, email address and phone number you will be consenting to us using this information as referred to in this Privacy Policy. We may use your personal data or future emails, in house newsletters, promotions and general correspondents (Strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003).  Your data will be kept confidential and only used to sustain a working relationship with you. We will not disclose your information outside our company expect to our service providers. We may also obtain information about usage of the website using cookies.

Misuse of our site

Viruses, Hacking and Other Offences

You must not misuse our site by introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.
By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it

We own or are the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

Modern Slavery Act 2015

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chain or in any part of our business.
Our Anti-Slavery policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implement and enforce effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking does not take place anywhere within our supply chain.
Our policy supplements our Ethical Code of Conduct defined by the RICS.
The parts of our business and supply chains where risks of modern slavery are minimal.  Within our role we advise our clients regarding the appointment of construction work, to this regard we look to minimise the risk to our clients to exposure and highlighting the modern slavery requirements within any tender or contract documents we may report on.
Due diligence processes are in place to manage and prevent risks of modern slavery through the use of NBS specification and Director approval for any new contract work, appointments or Client advice of this nature.
We have directed any colleague or worker who suspects that modern slavery is occurring to contact our Directors without delay.

Sustainability Policy Statement

We look to a policy of sustainable development, that being “development that meets the needs of the present, without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs”. Brundtland Commission.

Sustainability is the convergence of three distinct areas:

Within each area, we have specific goals and targets.

We recognise the importance of delivering an affordable and sustainable service to our clients in the Construction sectors of the Industry.

Providing improvements in the quality of life and of the environment with the procedures to act in a responsible way that recognises the needs of future generations by acquiring materials through responsible sourcing and taking all reasonable efforts to minimise resultant waste in the process.

We recognise the effect our works may have on parties especially neighbours adjacent to works being carried out and endeavour to mitigate the nuisance that they might experience in the process of carrying out such works.


Delivery of Product, we will

• Set continuous improvement targets by which our performance can be measured, demonstrated, and publicly reported

• Identify opportunities and act where practicable to improve sustainability and to meet legal obligations.

• Identify and mitigate adverse impacts and risks.

• Embed sustainability policy and practice into all our management systems for delivering the service we provide along with the standards, processes, procedures, and assurance.

• Provide the right level of advice, awareness, and competency to our people and to our contractors’ employees.


Care towards the Community, we will:

• Seek to assist or encourage an ethos within the company towards social value and enhancement of community relationships along with implementing Fairness, Inclusion & Respect ethos amongst our employees.

• Respond in a professional and timely manner to interested party queries


Care of the Environment, we will:

• Accurately measure material quantities to avoid unnecessary Waste and Pollution

• Provide training of our operatives to enable controlled containment in the event of a contamination incident whosoever may be responsible


Employees, we will:

• Take all measures to ensure that the work face and task requested to undertake, have been given sufficient review to ensure all aspects of the work are conducted in a safe environment with correct personal safety equipment to carry out the work.

• Review potential development of relevant personal to offer opportunity to enable employees to further develop their professional and personal skills.

• Ensure all staff are treated with utmost respect and encouraged in social inclusion by Implementing a Fairness, Inclusion & Respect ethos throughout the organisation.

• Ensure all employees, no matter what race or creed, have their personal rights respected and along with their religious preference.


Economic Sustainability, we will:

• Endeavour to exceed the expectations of our customers, our suppliers, and our stakeholders.

• Pay fair wages to our staff and operatives

Our key supply chain partners will be engaged and required to support this policy’s implementation and we will also work with our clients to ensure that the aims of this policy are delivered.

Supporting Apprenticeships and Skills Through Public Procurement

Where RCC is appointed on public procurement contracts with a full life value of £10 million and above and duration of 12 months and above we will support skills development and delivery of the apprenticeship commitments as defined in the Action Note 14/15 27 August 2015.

Procurement Policy Note – Procuring steel in major projects

RCC will apply Action Note 16/15 30 October 2015, where any infrastructure, construction or other major procurement project with a significant steel component, where the overall project requirement has a capital value of £10 million or above.

Anti Bribery

Anti-bribery Policy Statement
As an RICS-regulated firm, we adhere to all the mandatory requirements set out in RICS professional statement: “Countering bribery and corruption, money laundering and terrorist financing”. Furthermore, the Bribery Act 2010 makes it an offence to offer, promise or give a bribe. It is also an offence to request, agree to receive or accept a bribe.
