We offer our services from the very outset. Providing technical due diligence services for identifying the clients needs, sourcing the procurement of the design teams, managing the design phase and working with the quantity surveying team to prepare the pre-tender estimates.

RCC will lead the Contractor's prequalification and manage the tendering process through to the appointment of the selected contractor. We can support the site delivery and coordination with the client’s teams (security, IT, AV, HR, Finance, etc.)
At completion, we deliver the project closeout procedures and support any additional works once identified.
